Beginner’s orientation

Perfect for the first-time student to yoga who wants to learn the basics of a yoga practice and feel comfortable starting a yoga practice at home or in a studio.

Beginner level focus on pranayama

(breathing techniques), asana (physical practice), chanting, mudra, and meditation.

A gentle and slow meditative class using props, aroma therapy, relaxation music, and simple massage techniques to help you feel completely supported and relaxed in every pose.  an excellent option if you are healing from an injury or illness
